Answer:
You can use action #8. Here you can specify the Copy Type: 1) "Copy as replica without ACL"
2) "Copy as replica with ACL"
3) "Copy as database without ACL"
4) "Copy as database with ACL"
Choose Action #1 to replicate the database without replicating the ACL list.
