Answer:
Yes. Action 44 Notes Switch All Desktop Icons allows InstallPump to reconfigure the Lotus Notes Workspace by re-pointing icons from one server to another. The action will also allow you to narrow the scope to include only a specified directory on the target server.
Even more control is available using the function IPNotesSwitchDatabases function, which will allow you to enter a "net path" (ex: cn=server/o=domain!!mail\mydb.nsf) in both the source and target database, allowing control down to the file level.
